For a third year 'NGCT's 'Romance on the Road' will be providing entertainment and fundraising opportunities, this year for 7 different churches and service clubs.

Thank you to North Grenville for a grant from the Community Grants Fund that allows us to offer this year's shows. With 7 venues, each with the possiblity of selling a hoped-for average of 50 tickets at $20 each, that leverages North Grenville's $500 seed funding to a potential $7,000 total benefit for the non-profits!!

Each venue is handling its own tickets, publicity and marketing.

The performances will last about 80 minutes with no intermission. There will be two one-act plays, both comedies, with dramatic songs and poems interspersed.

"Prince Charming's Complaint" by Bruce Kane
A disenchanted prince talks to his psychiatrist about his three failed marriages to Rapunzel, Snow White, and Cinderella. The ex-princesses have their own opinions.

"Overtones" by Alice Gerstenberg
Four actresses play two women. Each woman has an external 'social' self and a wilder inner self. Watch a four-way encounter between two women sparring with themselves and each other.
