As in recent years, our Annual General Meeting will be held in the Community Room in the building of our friends at North Grenville Mutual Insurance, in Kemptville. The date is AUGUST 26, a Wednesday. Doors open at 7PM, and the meetings starts at 7:30. We would like to be gone into the night by 9:30.

The Record Date (the date the first meeting notice went to active members) for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2026 was August 8, 2026. All members who were in good standing on that date may vote at the AGM. In addition, any member in arrears, whose membership lapsed within three months before the August 2026 AGM, may reinstate their membership and voting rights by paying their dues up to and including the date of the AGM.
